Psalm 78
. . . we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, his power, and the wonders he has done. .
so the next generation would know them . . . and they in turn would tell their children.
Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands.

Lydia's nearly a month old and I'm anxious to get myself back into shape. With this in mind (and still not cleared for exercise other than walking), we went on a family walk last night and again this morning. Actually, the kids rode their bikes while I pushed Lydia in the stroller.

After making a loop through our neighborhood, Toby asked to go again.

"Toby, I can't make it around again, but as I get back into shape we'll go farther." He accepted that until we stopped on our driveway.

"Mom, can you get in shape so we can go around again?"
