Imparting a classical education at home. Check out the Edwards Academy.

Psalm 78
. . . we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, his power, and the wonders he has done. .
so the next generation would know them . . . and they in turn would tell their children.
Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands.

Carry On

As we sat in the shade and read Carry On, Mr. Bowditch together, the kids drew copied colonial designs and made leaf rubbings. Soon, our tree's branches became masts of a nineteen-gunner and the Edwards Academy kids were actually crew members of an American ship en route to the South Pacific--and on the lookout for privateers.

Jeff is reading The Hobbit to the kids at the moment and they are loving it. With the possible exception of Sam who usually lasts only a few pages before being taken to bed. Abi likes it though she sometimes falls asleep with her head on Jeff's lap before he finishes.
